Led by Dr. Erin Policelli, PT, DPT, RN, every session begins with a full-body assessment and addresses fascia, joint restrictions, and nervous system guarding to create real, lasting change. This is not a franchise stretch studio. It is clinician-led, fully customized, and grounded in advanced manual and mobility techniques developed over nearly two decades of practice.
We help with hip pain, low back pain, sciatica and nerve pain, neck and shoulder tension, tight hamstrings, and movement restrictions that have not responded to traditional stretching or physical therapy. We also offer therapeutic massage and combination sessions.
